I’m supposed to take over the throne and be the new queen of Hell. But for now karma and I are going to chill, make friends, and stream for a while.I've been drawing on and off for
9 years but started taking it seriously 2 years ago. my other passions include Music/ composition, voice acting, animation, story boarding, Cosplay, reading, making comics, analysis and more!

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Provide neat references, not a wall of text. If only a text reference is available I will require an additional fee of $20 - $30 depending on complexity.I will draw humans, anthros, small creatures, simple backgrounds, and NSFW (must be +18)Couple art is double the price of any commission type.Wait time for commissions is not consistent. You can check my queue and progress at Trello (a link will be sent when commission has been ordered)
Please specify if commission is needed by a certain date and the reason why.Rushing a commission will require a fee of $30

Will draw
NSFW, fanart, any gender, furries, any body type, real life people
Won't Draw
Heavy mecha, Heavy armor, NSFW of underage characters, Lewds of underage characters, hateful content
I have the right to refuse a commission if I deem that I cannot do it or feel uncomfortable working on it.

Process
Work in progress will be given after each stage (sketch, flat color, rendering) to ensure the client is happy with the progress and that no details are missed.The time frame for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.If I feel your commission will take longer than 3 months you will be notified asap.

Payment Information
I will start the commission once I receive full payment ( unless we have discussed a payment plan before hand )
I mainly take payment through Paypal (USD), with the use of invoices. Other payment options such as Ko-Fi and Cashapp.
Payment plans are available for commissions that are over $200. Live2D models require a nonrefundable down payment before starting artwork.

Canceling / Refund Policy
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the sketch is approved.If I have not started the sketch, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to the artwork I made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the artwork to new buyers.You will be publicly blacklisted and will never commission me again.I will warn other artists to watch out for anyone who wrongly chargebacks a commission.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;Promote myself with, in any place or site.Publish books with.To display it anywhere to my liking.Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.Removing any watermarks/signatures.altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 150% of original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.You cannot use my artwork for NFTs or Crypto purposes.
